Print Ready File Requirements
We accept files produced in:
- CS3
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- PageMaker
- Photoshop
- MS Publisher
- Quark Xpress
- MS Word 2003/2007
- High resolution Press Ready PDF files
We prefer the following file types:
eps, ai, pdf, tiff, jpg
We receive numerous files so please include all of your files in a single �Zip File� and use your business name as the name of the Zip File. We will call you prior to beginning your printing project to discuss any questions and clarify your objectives.
All client furnished files to be used for printing must meet the following requirements. If you have any questions please call our office during normal business hours.
1. Documents should be Saved in finished size (dimensions) and include a bleed of .125� on all sides.
2. Files should be in CMYK format, or grayscale when appropriate, and Saved at a minimum of 600 dpi resolution.
3. Do not "trap" elements. Our systems will handle this for you.
4. Fonts should be embedded. Converted to Outlines, and be Postscript or Type-1 fonts.
